1. Acceptance of Terms

By booking transportation services with JagsShuttle, operated by NXTGUEST Sports Travel, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all reservations, rides, and related services provided by JagsShuttle.

2. Service Description

JagsShuttle provides luxury group transportation services in the Jacksonville, Florida area, including airport transfers, game-day transportation, and custom charter services. All services are subject to vehicle availability and confirmation by our team. We reserve the right to substitute vehicles of equal or greater capacity when necessary.

3. Reservations & Payment

• A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations.
• Full payment is due at the time of booking unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Quotes are valid for 7 days unless otherwise specified.
• All rates are quoted in U.S. dollars and include applicable taxes and fees unless noted.
• Gratuity for the driver is not included unless explicitly stated in your package.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 14 days before the scheduled service receive a full refund.
• Cancellations made 7–14 days before service receive a 50% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 7 days before service are non-refundable.
• No-shows or missed flights outside of our control are non-refundable.
• We may offer credit toward future travel at our discretion on a case-by-case basis.

5. Passenger Conduct

Passengers are expected to conduct themselves in a safe and respectful manner. JagsShuttle reserves the right to refuse service or terminate a ride if a passenger engages in unsafe, illegal, or disruptive behavior, including but not limited to: violence, harassment, excessive intoxication, or damage to the vehicle. Any damage caused by passengers will be billed to the responsible party.

6. Liability & Insurance

JagsShuttle maintains commercial auto liability insurance as required by Florida law. We are not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or other circumstances beyond our control. In no event shall our liability exceed the total amount paid for the specific service in question. We are not responsible for lost or stolen personal belongings.

7. Accessibility

We strive to accommodate passengers with disabilities and special needs. Please notify us of any accessibility requirements at the time of booking so we can make appropriate arrangements. While we will make every reasonable effort, we cannot guarantee specific vehicle configurations if insufficient notice is provided.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this page. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms or our services shall be resolved in the courts of Duval County, Florida.
